shadows and whispers

I have been seeing alot of shadows latley and in broad day light too. I have seen them run in front of my car, sink into the road, run across my windows, sitting on the side of the street. I have even heard whispers, I can't make out what they are saying but I hear it. Any ideas of what is going on? is it just me?

It could be that the veil is just thin due to the change in all the energy in the world. It seems that negativity is at an all time high right now. I know the other evening when I got home from work I was in the bathroom that is located in the master bathroom and I heard 'just touch her'. I came out into the bedroom and asked is anyone there? I even looked into the hall to make sure my husband wasn't home and was maybe calling out to me. But he worked late that day and there was no one there. I am not sure who was reaching out to me, and this hasn't happened to me a long while. I don't know exactly what is going on, but I feel that the barrier between worlds has been becoming thinner for a while now.
